My scalp was itching for a few days, so I bought a couple of new shed / anti-itch shampoo and washed my hair, on Monday and Thursday. Felt very good today! I read all these articles on the cider vinegar, tea tree oil, bleach and rubbing alcohol. # 1 cup apple cider vinegar diluted is not easy to find, if you order now (online) and # 2 I do not put bleach in my hair, whatever desired angle (does not sound very simply). Sunday morning I went to Walmart and bought two bottles of 91 oz 32% isopropanol (2 $ 79) and two bottles of two ounces of tea tree oil ($ 7 79 each, and vitamins found in section in the vicinity of fish oil capsules). I bought some glasses, a spray bottle and foam ear plugs. I went home, put my glasses and my ear plugs in the pot and got my spaghetti.
